It's going to be a demanding roll. We want to try and push the boundaries in all sorts of areas and constantly try and innovate. That's going to demand creativity, organisation, belief, boundless energy and probably a bit of stubbornness.

We believe that the management team should lead from the front, and thus you need to be a super-host. You need to show your team how to do it, but also be passionate about training and keeping staff. You should believe that people come to restaurants for the experience rather than just for the food.

This is a brand new bar and restaurant in a courtyard in Belgravia, with 99 covers inside and a beautiful 50 cover terrace. You need some experience as a duty manager and/or in a senior supervisory role. As well as running a great restaurant and bar, we have events, art shows and who knows what else.
We need to attract the local community, Londoners generally and international visitors and as reviews online show we are doing a great job on all counts but need to keep driving forward.
