Koya Bar - a humble restaurant serving simple but authentic food is looking for assistant restaurant managers. Koya is expanding and is opening a new site in central London, as a result we are looking for experienced and motivated managers for both sites.
Our candidates love food, drinks, hospitality and our guests. We are looking for someone with good waiting experience and is eager to learn how an efficient, busy restaurant serving quality food is run. Our candidate needs to have a desire to learn about Japanese cuisine and communicate this knowledge clearly with our guests. This person will also be responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant and giving each guest a rewarding experience.
We work in a high volume restaurant where Mondays are as busy as Saturdays, we seat 24 people in the restaurant and nearly always have a queue out the door. What this achieves is a reliable working system which is well balanced and comfortable for all. Our new site will be even bigger than our Soho site and will be in a busy thoroughfare in central London.
If this position appeals to you please send your expression of interest via email along with your CV.
Look forward to hearing from you!
