Currently we have a vacancy for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Working closely with and reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will be possessed with an abundance of charm and the ability to combine personality with professionalism.
You'll have a background in gastro or quality casual, be enthusiastic about food and drink, innately understand the demands of service, be a strong people person, have a preternatural attention to detail, and feel confident in your aptitudes to run a team of 80 + in a 200 cover 7 day site.
A firm grasp of BoH procedures will be required including: managing wage costs; compiling payroll; controlling the p and l; monitoring maintenance, Human Resources and H and S compliance; supervising training; monthly reporting; stock ordering, recruiting.
