Assistant Restaurant Manager - Central London
My client is located in Southwark, and looking to recruit an energetic and hands-on face pace Restaurant Assistant Manager for one of their long established food restaurants.
As Assistant Manager of this busy site, you will be tasked with deputising for the Restaurant Manager, whilst motivating, inspiring and leading a team of staff across the site. You will be working closely with your Management team and dealing with events, staffing, stock and financial control as well as ensuring outstanding customer service solutions.
We are looking to recruit a fun, friendly and hands-on Team Leader/Assistant Manager capable of dealing with fast paced sales and achieving KPI's. Your personality will need to shine through as you lead your team to drive sales.
Candidates from a quality food or quick serve restaurant environment would be a good fit however my client is open to management experience. You could either be an existing Assistant Manager / Unit Manager looking for a new challenge or someone looking to take a step-up in position from an Team Leader role. Either way, there are huge opportunities to grow your career with this expanding company.

Shifts : 2 Doubles 3 Straights ( Saturday and Sunday 5pm finish )
