The Bird in Hand is currently looking to employ a full time experienced assistant manager for our restaurant and bar.
The right applicant must have a professional London restaurant background, previous management experience and be capable of working to a high standard under pressure.
We are a popular and successful neighbourhood restaurant and bar well known for the
quality of our pizza and small plates menus. And as important as it is to provide a relaxed and friendly environment for our customers we like the staff to feel that way too. It is essential for the candidate to possess charisma, charm and a bag load of personality.
Starting salary is £25,000 depending on experience.
