We are currently looking for a new Assistant Restaurant Manager (with opportunities for future progression) to join our lovely team at The Begging Bowl.
The restaurant is situated in Peckham on trendy, community minded Bellenden Road.
We are a Thai restaurant that combines fantastic produce and meat from local suppliers, authentic Thai ingredients and traditional Thai processes to create exciting dishes for sharing. All our pastes and sauces are made from scratch down to our homemade coconut cream.
Head Chef and co-owner Jane Alty (former chef at Michelin starred Thai restaurant Nahm) opened the restaurant almost 5 years ago and it's flourishing (we have plans for extension late this year and then a new opening hopefully in 2022.)
The person we are looking for needs to have a good few years of hospitality experience. They need to be passionate about both great food and service, hardworking, proactive and creative. We are a small team and you will have plenty of room to share your ideas and grow with the restaurant.
Salary will be negotiable, based on 7 shifts per week, usually over 4-5 days.
