Provides mouth-watering high-end European cuisine, served within a modern, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Wimbledon Village. A rare opportunity has become available within the restaurant for an Assistant Manager.
The Individual:
We are looking for a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this family run business. The role will consist of the smooth running of the restaurant, managing a team of up to 10 front of house staff. On average catering for 80-100 covers per day.
