Inspired by the glamour of travel in the 1950s, Pilot's serves an international diner-style menu, incorporating British Classics. Open hours run from 05. 30 until 23. 00, 7 days a week.

Job role
Reporting into the Restaurant Manager you will oversee all aspects of the day to day supervision at Pilot?s Bar and Kitchen
You will ensure that the team delivers the rhubarb product in quality, consistency and presentation
You will ensure a smooth and efficient delivery, proactively seeking improvements and reacting to challenges as they arise
Demonstrate a solid commercial understanding and knowledge of your specific business area and labour markets
Responsible for the recruitment and development of the teams, identifying key personnel and retaining talent within the units ensuring adequate succession planning and career progression
Ensure adequate communication and feedback between FOH/BOH, line manager and Head Office to improve the service proposition and enhance operational efficiencies.
Candidate profile
You will be an inspirational leader, an excellent team player, able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills
Previous work experience must demonstrate a background in either a fast paced restaurant or 5* environment that provides a close fit with rhubarb?s values
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in achieving and exceeding set operational targets
Ability to plan strategically to deliver improved revenue streams and enhance team performance whilst increasing overall brand and restaurant awareness
experience in creating and implementing processes and systems from inception to completion
You will have the ability to motivate, develop and lead the team by demonstrating Initiative and enthusiasm
Most importantly, you will have a relentless attitude to service excellence and always strive to go the extra mile for our guests
Salary and Training
The salary will be £26,000 per annum
