We're looking for a restaurant manager passionate about training.
The Role
Bistrotheque in Bethnal Green is hiring an assistant restaurant manager to join a team built upon the aptitude and ambitions of the managers we hire. We believe training, recruitment, retention, operations and service are all part of the management team’s armoury and at this time we are particularly looking for a charismatic individual enthusiastic about training, mentoring, staff development - in short, in developing excellence and pride in the service team.
Gold Standard
We believe that effective training is about a range of activities including classroom sessions, role play, hands on practical guidance, away days, tastings to name a few. Making sure we keep focusing on these activities to ensure the front of house team feel connected, relevant and genuine is our gold standard.
You
So, we’d like to recruit a manager to our team to not only deliver gold-plated services but to take a special interest in staff development. If you love to share your knowledge, get a kick out of seeing staff with the confidence to deliver and would like to join an established restaurant that started the East End dining boom 13 years ago, we’d like to meet you.
Future
We love individuals who want to grow with us and we are always reviewing new projects. The successful candidate can expect a promotion to Restaurant Manager after their first year with us.
