Peabody has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Resourcing Partner to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time fixed term contract basis and will receive a salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum.
When you join Peabody, you join an extensive and growing business. One with 28,000 homes, 80,000 residents and a 150-year history. As a major housing association we have outstanding challenges for people with talent and motivation. But we also have a strong commitment to the ideals of our philanthropist founder: George Peabody. That means you’ll have every chance to achieve – while making a difference.
Our principles are simple: we believe in helping people and communities to grow, in estates that are springboards – not safety nets. With operations in nearly every London borough and one of the sector’s largest community regeneration programs, we’re always keen to meet talented people who support our ambitions.
As a new and substantial organisation with a vital mission, we have to recruit and retain best talent, covering a wide range of roles across various disciplines. However, this Assistant Resourcing Partner role will mainly focus on the Care and Support part of business. Your remit will span media engagement, employer brand management, establishing strong relationships with internal clients to understand their needs and challenges, building relationships and networking with educational intuitions to create and enhance talent pipelines, reducing CPH and TTH whilst delivering an excellent quality of hire and more.
As an Assistant Resourcing Partner for Care and Support you will bring deep understanding of resourcing strategies and branding, impressive direct sourcing and talent management knowledge as well as outstanding interpersonal skills. Demonstrable flair for problem solving and crisis management is essential, and you will bring the confidence to engage with executives on strategic decisions. Above all, you will be a genuine innovator and effective influencer, who can articulate a clear vision and act as a strong resourcing custodian.
The Assistant Resourcing Partner role will be based in Central London, however you will be required to travel weekly to various locations in the South and East of England where care and support offices and sites are based. This travel will be covered by the company’s credit card.
Only the applicants with a substantial in-house resourcing experience and proven knowledge of care and support recruitment will be considered. Please refer to the Role Profile for full information about the post.
Please note this is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2022.
Closing date and time: 07/07/2021 - 5pm
