We are looking for an experienced Assistant Reservations Manager to join, train and progress with us as we expand.
About you:
- Great telephone manner
- Passionate about delivering great customer service.
- Strong people manager with a focus on training and development.
- Solid financial acumen with an ability to analyse statistics.
- Previous experience within a call centre, either as a Reservationist or within sales.
