Constantia Care is a rapidly growing Live – in Care Agency which is based in the North London. We are currently looking for an experienced in-house Assistant Recruitment Officer to join our team.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role will actively support the recruitment process from start to finish. Duties will include posting job advertisements and reviewing applications, arranging telephone and face to face interviews and handling relevant feedback; ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Additionally, the Recruitment Officer will also manage the DBS application process, assist in creating personnel files and submitting to field, along with handling reference checking and being part of the on-boarding process.
Familiarity with the care sector would be advantageous although not essential, but you should have previous experience working in an in-house recruitment role. Furthermore you should be able to work using your own initiative, have strong communication and administrative skills and be able to develop strong working relationships.
