We are small private Estate Agency looking to recruit a full-time Administrator/Receptionist /PA, who will be based in our office in Victoria, London.
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated and target driven person who is looking to experience a wide variety of roles within property lettings industry.
-Property Management and Maintenance
-Property Inspection and assisting Lettings Manager
-Developing marketing system and materials
-Office Management
You will need to be computer literate and efficient in Word and Excel, with an ability to manage and priorities your own work load. You will have direct contact with the team and tenants, so an excellent, confident telephone manner is essential.
Someone with previous experience within the property industry would be preferred.
Candidate should be able to work from Monday to Thursday and some weekend work may be required. Hourly rate will be reviewed in three months time from the date of joining at which time a pay rise may be offered depending upon performance.
Duties will include:
-Minimum of six months administration experience desirable
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
-Good communication skills and high attention to detail
-Flexibility and willingness to learn and perform a wide variety of tasks
-Ability to manage many simultaneous tasks while maintaining a high standard
-To assist in all general office administrative tasks.
-Must be fluent in Spanish and English languages in both writing and speaking.
