About the role:
Due to exceptional growth we are now looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join an existing team of 2 Property Managers. Working from our Head Office in Shoreditch, you’ll be dealing with the day to day management of properties within the Residential Lettings portfolio, providing first class service to our tenants, maintenance team, external suppliers and contractors. The properties vary from single occupancy studios to block management.
We are looking for someone with experience in Property Management or general property experience to come on board and hit the ground running. There will be real room to grow and progress within the company where the work is varied no 2 days are ever the same.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing portfolio of 25 + residential units
Client care and liaison
General admin duties
Move in / move outs
Sourcing new tenants
Viewings
Referencing
Onboarding of new tenants
Inventory
Maintenance
Site inspections
Assisting Property Managers as requested
