THE ROLE:
• Winning and managing residential refurbishment and extension contracts.
• Office based, with visits to clients and projects
• Checking sub-contractor estimates, pricing to client and payment plans
• Site visits to check quality, structural works and progress
• Contractual issues and cash flow control
• Enhancing existing client and architect relationships
• Working in an exciting and growing team
THE PERSON
• A proven track record of sales and project management success within the London residential refurbishment sector
• Numerate and confident working with spreadsheets and budgets
• Must have 4 + years’ experience in the London residential refurbishment pricing and sales, be proactive and motivated,
• Structural works experience essential, a relevant degree in building design or surveying an advantage
• Organised with excellent interpersonal skills
• Health and safety on site and process experience essential
