Due to the successful promotion of our previous Assistant Operations Manager we now have a great opportunity for a strong Host or existing AOM to join the team.  As an enthusiastic and passionate team of 26 we are looking for someone who can drive growth through team engagement actively leading by example.
Our busy 267 room hotel is located in Westfield Stratford, we are the closest hotel to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park dealing with many sporting groups for National/International athletics such as Hockey, swimming, cycling and taekwondo events/competitions.
With over 86% occupancy this is a very busy hotel where you will focus on ensuring all our guests have a great night’s sleep as well as catering for a high volume of groups using our F and B offering.

To join us, you'll ideally have hotel or hospitality industry experience. This could include from working in reception, housekeeping, F and B or kitchen. More importantly, you'll also be passionate about customer service and maintaining and enhancing the Premier Inn brand.
