Assistant Office Administrator Job

We are a mechanical contracting company, based in Uxbridge, who provide plumbing, heating and ventilation services to FTSE listed new-build residential developers. We also provide a customer after-care service to attend to any defects that may arise within the warranty period.
The job role includes the following roles but other tasks may also be required of you:
• customer care
• engineer/customer liaison
• update online booking system
• provide weekly progress report
data entry of incoming invoices
• assisting with ordering materials
• general day to day office admin
• providing support to other office staff
The applicant should have the following attributes:
• professionalism
• punctuality
• attention to detail
• ability to work under time pressures
• flexibility
• initiative
Although a temporary role initially there is a possibility of being made permanent.
Your initial hours would be Monday to Thursday 9-4 and Friday 9-3. On occasion these hours may vary.
