Assistant Night Manager – Kettner’s Townhouse.

The Venue…
A 33-bedroom townhouse and restaurant in a historic Georgian building in London’s Soho. Kettner’s Townhouse will encompass a high-quality restaurant, champagne bar and 28 new bedrooms, all of which will be fully open to the public. Kettner’s Townhouse will open in late 2022 and will look to pay homage to Kettner’s history and former grandeur.
Our venues are individual and diverse, but they are all united by the same Soho House ethos. The Houses are regarded as a home away from home for our members, creating a warm, personalised atmosphere. The Role…
We are looking for a fun, passionate and energetic Assistant Night Manager to join our overnight team!
We are seeking an Assistant Night Manager experience in a similar night assistant manager position. In this role, you will prepare the daily reports and assist our guests and members throughout the night across the whole site.
Desired Skills and experience:
·        Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Word, and Opera or similar PMS.
·        A sophisticated communicator with high standards of performance together with excellent communication, problem-solving and listening skills.
·        Passionate about the Hospitality Industry and Guest Relations.
·        Fluent level of English due to guest and member interaction.
·        Pro-active and able to work and make decisions without supervision.
·        Must be able to work overnight shift, including weekends and holidays as required.
·        Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Security.
·        Excellent people skills and outgoing personality.
