REQUIREMENTS: 
Previous experience as an allocator or merchandiser with an apparel, accessory or footwear company  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or fashion / retail merchandising  1-3 years’ experience within a department, specialty or retail store  Strong analytical skills and planning capabilities  Advanced knowledge of Excel; highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite  Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present data, findings, and recommendations in a compelling manner  Communicates timely and effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Partner with Planning/Allocation team on maintaining OTB and meeting financial and inventory turn expectations  Identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, identify market, distribution/channel issues and manage mature product through phase-out  Work closely with team to align all product categories (footwear, apparel, and accessories) to create cohesive brand storytelling presence across specialty, outlet and e-commerce concepts  Clearly map seasonal updates of competitors matrix, the technologies and price points for all competing styles in category  Ability to meet deadlines regarding calendar confirmation, service report submissions, invoicing, etc.
