We’re opening many new stores in 2022 and are now recruiting experienced Assistant Managers to help us grow! Would you like to earn up to £22k basic salary + 15% bonus?
The role of an Assistant Manager in Abokado is primarily kitchen focused so you need to have a strong passion for kitchen excellence.
• Are you passionate, enthusiastic, hardworking and positive?
• Do you thrive on ensuring only the freshest and healthiest ingredients are given to customers?
• Are you up for the challenge of making sure every product is perfect before it leaves the kitchen?
• Can you be a strong support to your team through ongoing coaching and training? After all, you are only as strong as your team!
• When the General Manager isn’t around, you take the reins and ensure operational standards are upheld and the transition should be impossible for anyone to tell, by stepping into their shoes.
• This is a permanent, full time position, from 6.00am Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
