Salary £25k plus opportunity to earn an additional £2k in bonuses
As an Assistant Manager you must be hard working and reliable with a high standard in personal grooming. This venue has a fun lively atmosphere where building relationships with your customers is key and as a Manager you are hands on in the business.
The ideal candidate must also:
• be able to motivate others
• be extremely service orientated
• be organised and have the best front of house and housekeeping standards.
• be able to demonstrate sound observation skills during a busy service period
• be able to project a professional image both verbally and non-verbally
• have a “can do” attitude.
• Ideally have a passion and knowledge of wine
