As Assistant Manager, you'll be the face of our brand, leading the team of 8 in driving sales and guarding standards. Reporting directly to Managing director as well as supporting general manager in making our little Coffee Bar successful. Your responsibilities will be wide and varied, from managing stock and cash, to ensuring the quality of coffee and equipment meets our high standards, to assisting with recruitment and development. It all goes in to delivering unbeatable coffee experiences with a bit of fun and character.
