Urban Pubs and Bars is looking for a confident, dynamic Assistant Manager to join the team at the iconic Punch Tavern.
Located in the heart of Fleet Street, Punch is an independent gastropub with a rich heritage as a 19th century Gin Palace. With a focus on serving quality seasonal food and drink from the best suppliers and producers, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and creating truly memorable experiences.
What we're looking for.

experience in a similar size operation, running a large team.
Passionate and knowledgeable about food and drink (strong craft beer and wine knowledge desirable)
Excellent organisational skills
experience of achieving KPIs and understanding P and L;
A positive 'Yes!' kind of person
A fun, team player AND hard worker

Am responsibilities include.

Leading our team of front and back of house staff.
Delivering outstanding service, food and drink to our customers.
Training, motivating and developing fellow team members.
Maintaining our super-high standards to achieve excellent food safety results.
Smashing sales targets and contributing to the development of the business.
