We are a busy North London photographic Laboratory and we are looking for an assistant manager to join our team.
The right candidate will have at least 5 years of managerial experience in the photographic industry and be willing to get Stuck in all aspects of managing a small business.
To do this you will need to possess key management skills including but not limited to the following:
Strong organisation skills and have experience with customer service.
All round knowledge of all equipment and processes of a lab.
Strong IT and image manipulation skills.
Be able to motivate and delegate effectively with staff.
