The Alma is a independent public house with 6 hotel rooms in Chapel Market. The pub serves a wide range of craft Ales, both keg and cask, and main stream Beers, but at the moment We also have a brewery 'One Mile End Brewery' which supplies many of the craft Ales we sell.
The 6 hotel rooms are all self contained with kitchens and accessed by a separate entrance.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who loves craft Ales, talk to the brewery team and able to deal with all aspects of hotel management.
experience in this role would be great but if you have worked in a management position and of course a love of craft Beers we can give training and will put you forward for Personal Licence qualification.
This position is available for a couple or as a single person. As a couple you would be working same shifts over 5 days, with the latest closing time midnight.
There is staff accommodation at our other pub in Whitechapel, travel time by tube approximately 25mins.
As a truly independent pubs and brewery we do not have a multi layered management team overlooking us.
