So what do we expect from a successful candidate? Understand that this is a production kitchen based position. Work will begin early in the morning and the successful candidate will be expected to assist the Kitchen Manager in the day to day operations of the production, which include
- The production of numerous ingredients and recipes
- Upholding the high standard of food hygiene expected by Tonkotsu
- Organising and managing a team
- Preparing deliveries and orders from and for multiply sites
Food hygiene knowledge is essential for this position and ideally the successful candidate will have worked previously in a production environment and have relevant documentation such a level 2 or 3 food hygiene.
