The Stag is a busy fresh food and drink, with service led pub up near Hampstead Heath.
We have great guests, excellent fun team of staff in all departments and an interesting operation with an emphasis of enjoying our work and delivering great results for all.
The Stag has a fresh seasonal menu with an outside kitchen for the summer months, all over seen by experienced senior chefs.
Our drinks are well sourced and created to offer an excellent range to all of our guests. We stage and organize excellent events. All delivered with table service that is organised, relaxed and friendly. We also have a busy and well used private party space for events. As well as The Stag we have three other hospitality businesses that are flourishing in London.
We are looking for a manager with good experience that has energy, organised and is looking to bring well rounded ability to our business. Must be a leader with a great future ahead. experience in similar high food sales, service led businesses with a high level of reservations would a beneficial ingredient.
We look for someone that is relaxed and confident, leads from the front as an excellent example with excellent communication and attitude to life.  Someone with ambition, energy and is able to be a trusted and consistent operator by both colleagues and guests.
We have a good track record of staff developing with many moving up within The Stag or to our other businesses as senior managers. We have a great settled team in all departments that all work very well and obtaining great feedback and results. We have a fun and rewarding work environment.
