Badolina is a grill Mediterranean take-away chain that provides fresh healthy food in the city of London.
Badolina is located near Liverpool Street and is looking for a new assistant manager as the business continues to grow. We are looking for someone who loves food and loves people, who will be part of the family in our friendly company.
The successful candidate will:
Help the shop manager ensure the shop is running well.
Be self motivated.
Perform well as apart of a team and enjoy being part of a team.
Have experience working in a restaurant/kitchen
Continually be trying to grow and develop yourself
Be good with numbers, as you are in charge of rotas, ordering, P and Ls and stock.
Be able to implement changes to make systems better.
Have at least 12 months experience working in a similar environment/position
Look for the opportunity to grow with the business as the chain is growing rapidly.
