Hamish Johnston Fine Cheeses has an exciting new position of Assistant Manager at its store on Northcote Road in Battersea. Established in 1994, Hamish Johnston is recognized as one of the finest cheese shops and delicatessens in London. In addition we have a thriving wholesale business based in Suffolk and London which you will work closely with. We are now looking for a highly motivated and experience food retail manager to join our team. You will have tremendous opportunities to grow and expand your role within our organisation.
Reporting to the Retail Manager you will perform a variety of tasks related to the efficient operations of our shop and London based wholesale. You will assist in the operation and management of the shop and wholesale operations, in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with our policies and systems, with the objective of ensuring a high level of customer service and business profitability. When the Retail Manager is absent you will assume full responsibility for the management of the shop and wholesale operations.
