Our team is looking for a new Assistant Manager, who has a leading personality and a strong character.
He/She must be able to run busy shifts by himself/herself, dealing positevely with a fast-placed environment, facing stress and responsability with a happy attitude as well as being supportive for the team.
Farr's is a quirky, happy and beautiful pub that hosts a big variety of events which includes: live music shows, comedy nights, DJ nights, workshops, creative spectacles, charity events, ecc.
We share a passion for Beers, Ales, food (we all agree our burgers are the best you can find in London) and lots of good music.
We are looking for someone that knows how to balance his/her personality in order to successfully manage a pub and, at the same time, create a fun and happy atmosphere behind the bar.
A Personal Licence is also required to apply for this job.
