ASSISTANT MANAGER- ISLINGTON TOWNHOUSE, ANGEL
We are looking for a brilliant Assistant Manager to join our team at Islington Townhouse (part of the fast growing Hippo Inns Pub group). Located on the vibrant Chapel Market, this fun and quirky site serves up exactly what the location needs- great small street food style menu along with delicious cocktails, craft beer and a great ambience.
The right candidate will be:
Experienced at the same level in a similar position
Passionate about delivering great food, drink and service
Self- motivated, proactive and highly organised
Familiar with FOH and BOH operating systems
Able to communicate well with team members from all divisions
Happy to work with the operations team to ensure the needs of the business are met
Able to see the funny side- a good sense of humour is essential!
