We are seeking an Assistant Manager at Hally’s in Parsons Green. Hally’s is a popular cafe-restaurant in the Fulham area, serving fresh, innovative food, artisan coffee, boutique wine and inventive cocktails in a bright, relaxed environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to manage this well-loved cafe in a beautiful neighbourhood, and join an exciting growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Being the right-hand person of the General Manager
- Running service when required
- Delivering perfect customer service
- Tackling any issues in service or from the kitchen
- Adhering to the health and safety system
- Supplier orders
- Motivating the staff
- Overseeing one-off evening private hire events
- Possibility of helping with creative ideas for the cafe, the menu and growing the business
Our perfect candidate:
- Has experience in a similar cafe or restaurant in a management, supervisor or senior waiter/bar role
- Is motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for great customer service
- Has leadership skills
- Preferably has coffee-making experience
- Has a good work ethic, and is well organised and punctual
- Is team spirited with a positive, can-do attitude
We Offer:

- Up to £30k per annum (package made up of pay, tronc and bonus)
- 28 days paid holiday
- Decent hours - mostly daytime only
