We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Patisserie Valerie. The position is for a high volume location in the center of London.
The Assistant Manager will have worked in similar position and organisation and have good working knowledge of the day to day running of a restaurant. They should be an excellent communicator and be hands on in the running of the store. experience in a similar high volume restaurant is essential.
