The Sir Colin Campbell pub in Kilburn is looking for a new assistant manager to work in our enthusiastic and vibrant team.

We specialise in gin, real ale, craft beer and fantastic food and hope to provide awesome, knowledgeable and friendly service to all of our wonderful customers.

Over the week we host a range of brilliant events from open mic to our quiz to our infamous weekend Traditional Irish Music sessions.

Part of the expanding, independent, Tidalwave Bars group owned by three young and enthusiastic owners, we’re looking for someone to help build the reputation in our newest site.

You’ll be assisting the general manager, as well as working closely with the owners. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day managing when the GM is absent, training and keeping the team motivated, while providing great customer service. We need a hands-on manager, who is organised with excellent leadership and communication skills.

1-2 Years experience in a managerial or supervisory role is essential.
Tidalwave Bars is a young and innovative, independent bar company comprising of three pubs - The Colonel Fawcett, The Smugglers Tavern and The Sir Colin Campbell.

Start Date: as soon as possible but can be up to 8 weeks away.
Salary £22,500 + dependent on experience plus bonuses and tips.
