Graveney and Meadow seeks enthusiastic and hard working Assistant Manager
We are a quaint and cosy café and pub located centrally in Tooting and we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and competent Assistant Manager to operate day to day service in tandem with the General Manager.

Graveney and Meadow is a unique venue among our large pub company. We have a full offering of breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night drinking and dancing. Graveney and Meadow is a community hub and has been part of the new buzz surrounding Tooting for four years. We are happy to offer support, training and development at each step of your employment. We specialise in lots of lovely beer, great coffee, tasty food and charming service.
About You:
- You are motivated, experienced and knowledgeable. Capable of leading a team in daily service.
- You will be a key aid to hiring, training and service operation
- Experienced in cash handling, banking and stock ordering
- Previous experience of managing stock, staffing levels and kitchen and/or cellar hygiene
- Confident with health and safety and food hygiene
