We are currently recruiting for a strong Assistant Manager in a worldwide known West End pub. The ‘’Norman’s Coach and Horses’’ in Soho.
We are a fantastic old English pub, with sing a long every Wednesday and Saturday night and have just been in Time Out for one of the best pubs to go for a night out in London. We have a fantastic vegan and vegetarian pub food menu which is very popular locally and around the world. We also have Soho’s Secret Tea room upstairs which is a beautiful vintage afternoon tea setting.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Manager who is passionate about the industry, people and food.
You will be a team player who can also lead a team and support the manager.
The ideal Assistant Manager will have a positive, can-do attitude, be extremely customer-focused and a very much hands on manager and great asset in supporting the manager and owner.
As Assistant Manager you will be supporting the manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the pub.

Trained cash handling and EPOS systems

In return you will receive a competitive rate of pay and food on shift.
As part of the role you will be running mainly night shifts and must be able to work weekends and through the Christmas period and New Year’s Eve.
You will be supporting the manager and owner in the build up to Christmas and helping to plan and market events.
You will also be able to develop and motivate your team whilst ensuring the day to day running of the business and standards are adhered too, opening and closing duties are done correctly and to a high standard.
