Assistant Manager - Bar/Pub - The Crown in Greenwich.
We are an independent South London-based pub group operating well-established and successful sites looking for Bar / Pub Assistant Manager for The Crown in Greenwich.
This role would suit an experienced or can-do Assistant Manager looking for a fresh challenge, or even successful supervisor looking for the next step.
The Crown is a successful, cosy and comfortable pub offering great customer service and amazing atmosphere. Our kitchen is a permanent home to Wondercrust Pizza Company, street food trader that can still be found in KERB markets and festivals serving their hand made Neapolitan style pizzas.
The right Assistant Manager will have:

Enthusiasm
Ideas
A drive for business growth
experience in working in pubs, bars and/or clubs for a group or independent operator.
Effective communication skills
experience in cashing up, key holding and closing up Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of Beers, wines and cocktails strongly desired.
