We are looking for a motivated, well presented, experienced Assistant Manager to join our team to build a strong service team. Plenty of room for advancement.
You need to be:

Experienced and up beat.
A good communicator and motivator.
Exceptional team building and ‘service’ training skills.
Passionate about food and service.
Hands on operation and running shifts and floor.
Bar experience a plus though not essential.
Events organizing
To be able to work on own initiative.
Manage local store marketing.
A creative thinker
All admin tasks to manage a busy restaurant.
