The Kings Arms in Bethnal Green is a local craft beer bar, world renowned for its beer selection and events. Over the years we have hosted breweries like Mikkeller, Jester King, Brooklyn, Crooked Stave, Rodenbach and Other Half. If you want to learn all there is about beer then this is the place to be.
The Kings Arms is part of the Grace Land group. We are fast growing, having opened two new sites in the last 9 months, with another set to open by the end of the year. We are always on the lookout for candidates who would like to grow and develop within our group.

Excellent customer service skills, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for customers.
Strong leadership skills and the confidence and ability to work in a busy environment
experience in the day-to-day running of bar and floor.
Ability to train other members of the team and ensure our service procedures are maintained.
Good knowledge of drinks products with both the enthusiasm to learn more, and the ability to teach others.
Ensuring consistency in drinks service and presentation.
Cellar management and beer line cleaning experience.
Beverage stock control awareness and management.
experience cash handling and with end-of-day procedures and reporting.
Computer literacy with good experience with Excel spreadsheets.
experience using Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop.
experience programming tills and use of back office software.
Eloquence and eye for detail when promoting through social media.
