TAP Coffee is expanding and we are looking for a FULL TIME ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER to help lead our team in our flagship store on Wardour Street central London. Expect daytime hours, predominantly Monday to Friday and an annual salary of up to £26,000 experience dependent.
You must be able to thrive in a busy environment to support your Head chef and motivate your team in the kitchen. You will have full control in developing and producing breakfast and lunch foods reacting to trends, being creative in the production of the freshest salads, healthy sandwiches, vegan and vegetarian dishes, hearty soups, quiches, cakes and other baked goods of the highest quality.

Our kitchen is very well equipped, spacious and fully air conditioned.
Relevant experience is appreciated but passion and strong motivation is a must.
