Tom is looking for an assistant Gelato maker to help him create ice cream and sorbet for our various cafes and outlets. This is a chance to learn a real craft with a master Gelato maker. No experience is necessary but you should be reliable, dedicated and passionate We need someone who has good organisational skills, is good with paperwork and who has common sense. There is the prospect of advancement and responsibility in a small growing company. We are looking for someone who can start shortly and who is flexible about working hours.
