The restaurant has built an enviable reputation for excellent food served in an informal setting with excellent service standards and a stunning wine list and has regularly been voted as one of the Capitals favourite restaurants.
Open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner the restaurant serves a regularly changing Modern French Menu.
We are looking for an Assistant Head Sommelier to work closely with the Head Sommelier to deliver an exceptional wine list and wine service throughout the restaurant.
We are looking for Sommeliers with a quality background in high quality establishments, comfortable working to high covers where quality is never compromised.
Salary: up to £30,000
