Duddell's Restaurant, Hong Kong (part of JIA group Asia) which holds two Michelin Stars, is opening its first London site in St. Thomas Church, London Bridge. This is an historic grade II listed building, set over 2 floors which is being converted into an authentic 96-seat Cantonese restaurant with private dining facilities and a destination bar serving handcrafted cocktails and an impressive selection of wines from some of the World’s finest vineyards. The restaurant is due to open in late November this year.
We are currently looking to recruit a talented and experienced Senior Sommelier Assistant Sommelier who is passionate about hospitality and who possesses a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
The Assistant Head Sommelier key role is to be able to advise guests according to their personal needs or taste, the food and wine pairing or finally the occasion.
We are looking for someone who has a natural ease with guests, is passionate about hospitality and willing to create a memorable experience to each and every guest!
