We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team. Position is Full Time and Permanent.
The Warwick is a Gastro Pub in Pimlico, 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station. We serve modern British and European food.The drinks range is substantial with Beers, wines, spirits and cocktails included. You will be expected to run a shift and assist the General Manager in a variety of tasks.
A successful candidate must:
- have at least 1 year experience working at this level in the UK
- have good product knowledge (food and drinks)
- have good leadership skills and the ability to train, motivate and develop the team
- have the ability to perform the necessary back of house duties
We are open 7 days a week, so shift pattern will be flexible with 2 days off.
We offer a competitive salary depending on your experience with a share of service charge.
