We have a strong, community led approach to our brand of hospitality and an over-riding passion for great food, drinks and service. We play host to an array of events throughout the year including large scale off site events, private events in our all year round garden and weekly live music.

We are expanding our team and looking to recruit a talented and highly motivated Assistant General Manager. The position offers a genuine professional development opportunity, the successful candidate should be thinking about speedy progress to GM level.
We are looking for:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of office and back of house systems (EPOS, scheduling and payroll,
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve in real time
• An eye for detail when it comes to service standards and aesthetics
• Ability to lead from the front
• A cool head under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills
• Cellar management, cask Ales, wine, barista and cocktail experience would all be an advantage
• A real interest in food and drink
