This would suit a strong bars manager looking for the next step up the ladder to AGM.
Exhibit bars is a cool independent company where all managers and staff have full input into the creation of cocktail lists and menus.
The company has big expansion plans over the next few years, so this the perfect opportunity to join the business and progress rapidly in your career.
You will be managing a team of approximately 25 people, and working closely with the General Manager to deliver the Exhibit brand ethos and a fantastic customer experience. You will also be fully responsible for the stock reporting and ordering.
experience delivering results on budget, General Practitioner and cash control required.
