We are looking for an AGM to work with our team at Bankside. We are all about finding the right person to join our management team. We are fun, enthusiastic and love what we do and we believe in our brand.
We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic and positive with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. We want someone with a passion for creating a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. We need someone that has previous experience as an AGM with a proven track record.
As an AGM, you will be working with the General Manager and be responsible for managing the complete business. This will include: employing, training, managing and motivating all floor and bar staff as well as stock control, gross profit and the day to day financial aspect of the company.
The Package:
- Salary is £22-£24k a year with a share of the tronc (approximately. £4-£5k)
- 28 Days holidays per year
