Caesars Entertainment UK is looking to recruit an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. Voted European Casino Operator of the Year 2021 and 2022, Caesars Entertainment offers a diverse portfolio of entertainment in our venues.
JOB PURPOSE:
As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist the F and B Manager in achieving efficient operation of all F and B departments optimising the highest standards of product and service whilst maximising profitability.

MAIN DUTIES:
• Responsible for ensuring that F and B areas have the staff, equipment, facilities and raw materials to ensure their proper operational execution
• Responsible for making recommendations and planning for changes to product, experience and service standards to maximize the customer experience.
• To support the F and B Manager in ensuring that F and B departments and personnel are operating in such a manner as to maximize revenues and control costs to maximize profitability and to ensure the security and proper recording of revenues and company stocks.
• To ensure that all F and B staff have the training, equipment, facilities and resources to properly complete their duties and to provide, outstanding customer service and guest relations at all times
• Responsible for the selection, recruitment, training, appraisal, motivation, coaching and counselling of F and B staff members.
• To strictly comply, and ensure all F and B staff comply, with all accounting, control and financial procedures as required by the company to safeguard stocks, monies and facilities as well as, all current legislation and company procedures.
• To foster outstanding co-ordination and communication with all Departments throughout the club to ensure guest experience is optimised.
• To establish and maintain a positive and effective working environment for all staff.
• Responsible for all aspects of the operational execution of food and beverage departments and associated entertainment and events activities.
• To make recommendations to senior management on all aspects of the Club that could improve Guest Satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional service.
• Experienced in managing large, fast paced multi-faceted operations.
• A good knowledge of service standards relating to all aspects of the service of food, wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and beverages.
• Positive and upbeat attitude, being unflappable in high-pressure environments
• To be a Personal License Holder
• Great interpersonal and the ability to lead a team and be a part of it
• The ability to quickly and efficiently solve both customer and employee issues
• A strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations
• Good business awareness of budgets, targets and P and L and the drive to learn
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
• Qualification in Business or People Management.
