Temporary assistant duty managerOVERVIEWServest Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Duty Manager on a temporary contract to be based in our site at Barbican Centre. Reporting into the Account Manager the role is to manage / supervise a highly dynamic team of up to 18 Team Leaders and Operatives, ensuring high standards of cleaning is delivered and maintained to meet the customer's specification. Duties will include * To ensure that contracts are run safely and efficiently to the required standard. * To liaise with clients and monitor site operations. * You will train new staff and take part in regular reviews and developments when needed. * Check all cleaning regularly and report on any defects / repairs required. * You will complete time sheets and be in control of sickness / holiday cover as well as dealing with Human Resources related issues.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE * Previous experience within a Supervisory Cleaning role is essential. * Hold a clear understanding of Health and Safety legislation and to be proactive in the reduction of onsite accidents. * Ensure employees understand and comply with the customers' security. * Maintain an effective working relationship with the customer by ensuring that you communicate with the customer managers in the appropriate way. * Your will work Monday- Sunday on Rota basis, 40 hours per week flexibility will be needed.We offer excellent career and development opportunities, as an organisations that's proud of its great people, we believe in the opportunity to recognise and share success, that's why we offer a competitive salary and additional benefits.
