Assistant contracts manager required for sites in South London.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years trade background, preferably Carpentry or Multiskills, with a minimum of 2 years site supervision as well as holding an appropriate CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
You will be responsible for: -
• Health and Safety on site
• Organising Sub Contractors
• Organising direct Labour
• Oversee Quality control
• Liaising with clients and contract administrators to complete contracts within programme and budget.
